Desecrated Headpiece is a quest item required for making the Tier 3 item set.

A drop from Thaddius, the fourth and final boss of the Abomination Wing in Naxxramas. Required for the helm piece of the Tier 3 armour set for Shamans, Druids, Hunters and Paladins.
