Deserter Agitators were added in patch 2.3, along with their corresponding quest, 
[35] Traitors Among Us. Talking to them while on the quest turns them hostile, they have no abilities other than basic melee. They don't like Jaina Proudmoore's rule, and like reminiscing about the 'old days'.
