Notes

• This spell's main use, both in PvE and PvP, lies as a "panic button". That extra heal can give you the precious few more seconds needed to out-last the enemy or to get in one final Shadow Word: Death.

• Patch 5.0.4 (28 August 2012): Minor update. 
  
• Patch 4.0.6 (8-Feb-2011): Desperate Prayer now heals the priest for 30% of their total health, up from a very subpar value.
