-Thora Feathermoon was one of 4 Alliance Outrunners who were scouting the Barrens. The others were [[Aean Swiftriver]], [[Marcus Bel]], and [[Hannah Bladeleaf]]. The mounted outrunners rode a patrol from [[Bael Modan]] in the south to the [[Lushwater Oasis]] in the north. The outrunners were [[elite]] fighters around level 25 and fought together. Unless prepared or high-level, [[Horde]] characters were advised to keep their distance.
