Deviate Adders are hostile level 18-19 elite serpents found in the Wailing Caverns.
Adventurers seek them out for their Deviate Hides, which Nalpak uses to make leather goods. They also drop Deviate Scales and Perfect Deviate Scales of use to leatherworkers.
