Devlin Agamand is a level 9 named skeleton found at the Agamand Mills in the Tirisfal Glades. His remains are sought by Coleman Farthing in Gallows' End Tavern in Brill within the Tirisfal Glades.
According to the letter to Yvette Farthing, Devlin joined the Scourge as they advanced upon the Tirisfal Glades. He betrayed the Agamand family and their people by letting the Scourge in through their defenses and leading them to where many of them were sleeping.
He resembles a skeletal mage, but appears to only melee.
