Devrak is a level 55 wind rider flight master located at the Crossroads, in the Horde-aligned territory of the Barrens. In the event of an attack, he is capable of summoning Enraged Wyverns as his guardians.

He starts the following quests:

•  [10] Ride to Orgrimmar.
•  [10] Ride to Thunder Bluff.

He ends the quests:

•  [10] Meats to Orgrimmar.
•  [10] A Bundle of Hides.
