The Dire Strait^{[43.2, 66.6]}

is the waterway that runs between the smaller and larger islands of the Lost Isles. Players usually reach it by slingshot from the smaller island, but it is entirely possible to swim, though care must be taken to avoid the elite shark patrolling its currents.
