This item dropped from Coren Direbrew in Blackrock Depths. Its stat bonuses are identical to the Emerald Ripper, but it's much slower and has a higher damage range.

Trivia

Its name, appearance (a broken bottle rather than an actual dagger), and unusally slow speed are all an homage to the Barman Shanker.
