Divine Protection Instant cast 3% of base mana Reduces all damage taken by 50% for 12 sec, but increases the time between your attacks by 100%. Once protected, the target cannot be protected by Divine Shield, Divine Protection or Hand of Protection again for 2 min.

Divine Protection is an instant cast protection spell that reduces the damage taken by the paladin by 50% for 12 seconds. This ability is a precursor to Divine Shield (trained at Level 34), which allows the Paladin to make attacks while shielded.

Notes

Using Divine Protection, Divine Shield or Hand of Protection will afflict the protected character with the Forbearance debuff, which lasts 2 minutes and prevents any four of those abilities from being used again while it is active.
