Doctor Herbert Halsey is a level 50 artisan alchemy trainer located in the Apothecarium in the forsaken's Undercity.
Herbert Halsey's name is a reference to two key characters: Herbert West and Dr. Halsey, from the pulp horror novel 'Herbert West -- Reanimator' by H. P. Lovecraft. In the book Herbert West creates an alchemical substance that can reanimate dead tissue. Dr. Halsey is the dean of the Miskatonic University Medical School, West's principal opponent in his reanimation research.[1]
