Overview
Doctor Weavil is an enemy Gnome located on Alcaz Island in Duskwallow Marsh. He has several Minions of Weavil scattered around his compound. He is located at the top of the largest house in the compound. He requires 15-20 people to defeat

- Mind Control - Non-dispellable mind control on the first person to aggro the Doctor. The mind controlled people have greatly enhanced the attack power and spell damage. Fear and polymorph work.
- Mind Shatter - 1000 Shadow damage AOE to everyone in raid. Range unknown. Also stuns for 2 seconds.
