Dorgan Slagfist is a blacksmithing supplies vendor for the Alliance at Highbank in the Twilight Highlands. He and the other vendors are unlocked after Alliance players complete Aiming High, and they can all be found in the area north of the keep^{[78.8, 76.9]}
