Doris Chiltonius is a blood elf PvP armor vendor found in the Hall of Legends^{[40.2, 71.8]}

in Orgrimmar. She evidently sells different versions of the traditional conquest points armor sets. Players must trade in the old version of their armor as well as hand over some of their conquest points for the alternate versions.
