Ohgan was Bloodlord Mandokir's most trusted friend when alive, and apparently in undeath as well. Ohgan and Mandokir held a true bond that even after several years Ohgan's offspring, Ohgan'aka, was able to find Mandokir's skull in a large pile containing many skulls.
Now after being raised to serve the bloodlord once again, possibly by Zanzil, he continues to be Mandokir most trusted friend.
