Dragonspine Tributary is a river that marks the border between the Dragonblight and Grizzly Hills. It has its origins in the Drakkari highlands and forms a decent size lake in its northern reaches before flowing swiftly south. Though described as a "tributary", it would appear to be one of the most, if not the most, significant river on the continent.
