Background
The Frostwolf worgs Duros and Drakan guard Drek'thar, clan leader of the Frostwolf Clan. The worgs are most likely named after former Frostwolf chieftain Durotan, father of Thrall, and Draka, Thrall's mother and Durotan's wife, who were both slain by assassins sent by Gul'dan when returning from the southern lands to talk to Orgrim Doomhammer.
Name change
Before patch 2.0.1, the name given to this wolf was Draka, like the mother of Thrall. However, after patch 2.0.1, this wolf appeared in-game as Drakan. No explanation has been given for this change.
