Drakkisath's Brand is a glowing orb located behind General Drakkisath in UBRS and ends the quest Blackhand's Command. Note that near the entrance to Blackrock Spire in LBRS, Drakkisath's Brand will show up on the minimap (as it is located several floors above you).

Upon completion of this quest, one can enter Blackwing Lair by using the Orb of Command in the Blackrock Mountains.

The quest,  [60] Blackhand's Command, starts with the Blackhand's Command, a drop from the Scarshield Quartermaster in the Blackrock Mountains.
