Drakonid
From WoWWiki
Drakonid are humanoid dragon-like creatures first seen by mortals in Blackrock Mountain. They are apparently half-man, half-dragon,[1] although this may be a description and not to be taken literally.
The drakonids in Blackrock Mountain appear to be the result of some of the black dragon Nefarian's experiments with the blood of different dragonkin, but the other places they are found in and other dragonflights they are affiliated with may disprove this hypothesis. They are meant to be the footmen and standard soldiers of the Legion of Blackrock, and though they have considerable magic resistances, a flaw does exist; each Drakonid has a fatal weakness to one magic type, making it suffer enormous damage from that particular school. This weakness can be used to the advantage of any mortal army daring to step into the halls of Blackwing Lair in order to challenge the sinister Nefarian.
Bronze colored drakonid can be found patrolling the Caverns of Time but are not hostile. Nether drakonid can also be found in Shadowmoon Valley, in the service of Illidan Stormrage, while the infinite dragonflight also employs drakonid of their own flight. Alexstrasza uses drakonids of all five dragonflights as the ground-based guardians of Wyrmrest Temple.

Tactics
In the Nefarian encounter, you must face 6 different colored drakonid. They are red, blue, green, black, bronze, and chromatic. They can cast some sort of brood affliction on whoever is highest on their aggro list, placing a debuff. The debuff varies from drakonid to drakonid, and tactics have to be planned carefully depending on which debuff the MT has. It is recommended to wait with DPS until tanks have sufficient aggro and until you know what debuff they are casting. Overnuking can mean a wipe, since the drakonid of Deathtalon Wyrmguard type also can cast War Stomp (an AoE stun) and you'll not want healers or ranged DPS to be hit by this, which they will be if overnuking occurs, and the drakonid runs into the middle of the raid. Tank them as far away as possible, and with as much range as possible between them.
