Dread Tactician can be found in Hellfire Peninsula [54.8, 63.6].
Notes
- They are enslaveable by warlocks
- Cast an AoE attack called Carrion Swarm and Sleep.
- Cast Inferno, which summons an Infernal, hostile to player even if the mob is enslaved. Cannot cast Inferno while enslaved. Note: as of now it appears they can cast Inferno while enslaved. However the infernal will go straight for them. So it's not recommended.
