The Dreadnaught Helmet is the Tier 3 plate head armor for warriors and gives bonuses to strength, stamina, dodge, and overall defense. It is available through quest items in Naxxramas.

The Dreadnaught Helmet is a quest reward from the quest Dreadnaught Helmet which starts with Korfax in Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Korfax:

Desecrated Headpiece drops off Thaddius in the Abomination wing of Naxxramas, Wartorn Plate Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Arcanite Bars are transmuted by Alchemists, and Nexus Crystals are disenchanted from high level epics and rarely from high level rares.
