The Dreadnaught Waistguard is the Tier 3 plate waist armor for warriors and gives bonuses to strength, stamina, block, and overall defense. It is available through quest items in Naxxramas.

The Dreadnaught Waistguard is a quest reward from the quest Dreadnaught Waistguard which starts with Korfax in Light's Hope Chapel in Eastern Plaguelands. To complete the quest, you must turn the following items to Korfax:

Desecrated Waistguard drops off Noth The Plaguebringer and Heigan the Unclean in the Plague wing of Naxxramas, Wartorn Plate Scraps drop off trash mobs in Naxxramas, Arcanite Bars are transmuted by Alchemists, and Cured Rugged Hides are created by Leatherworkers.
