Heroic: Nefarian by slaying Nefarian, the last boss of Blackwing Descent, on heroic mode.
Patch changes
Patch 4.1.0a (2011-05-05): The title Blackwing's Bane awarded for defeating Nefarian on Heroic difficulty is now selectable again by characters who have earned it. - Patch 4.0.3a (2010-11-23): Added.
