This item is given by Wildlord Antelarion at the start of the quest Death's Door. It is used by several following quests, and finally returned to the Wildlord on completing the quest The Hound-Master.
Notes
If lost, the Wildlord WILL replace it, even as late as having finished The Hound-Master.
