Drunken Stupor is related the seasonal event Brewfest. Completing this achievement is also an objective of the meta achievement 
[Brewmaster]. The tactics for completing this achievment is the same as for 
[Going Down?], except you have to be drunk to the point where you are "completely smashed".
Synthebrew Goggles will count for being drunk.
Patch changes
- Patch 3.3.0 (PTR): No longer a requirement for the meta-achievement Brewmaster.
