Duchess is a noble title of high stature, typically just below a prince or princess in rank and the female counterpart to a duke.^{[citation needed]}

The only two named duchesses in Azeroth are Duchess Mynx and Duchess Pamay (the latter is mentioned in the progress comments of the quest  [35] Martek the Exiled).
