The Dun Argol Power Core is a device that provides power for all of Dun Argol (in the Grizzly Hills region). Thwarting the Iron Dwarves by destroying it with Raegar's Explosives is the objective of the quest Blackout.

While this is clearly an object (albeit destructible), the various database files classify it as an NPC.
