Dungeon Set 3 is obtained from the level 70 wings of dungeons in Outland. See below for more details.

The set contains 5 pieces of armor, just like Tier 4, and like Tier 0, it has no class restrictions (although some of the set bonuses do involve class specific abilities). It is often called "Tier 3.5" by players because it is generally between Tier 3 and Tier 4 in quality, in the same sense that Dungeon Set 2 was called Tier 0.5 and the AQ40 set was called Tier 2.5.
