Dustbelcher ogres are largely unconcerned with the other races in the area. They prey on caravans and raid occasional camps, but their numbers are too few to cause a major threat to the dwarves (both Ironforge and Dark Iron) or to Kargath.

The Dustbelcher ogres are content to feed on troggs and stray dwarves, but pity the fool that draws the wrath of the entire tribe. The substantial might and fearsome aspect of the ogres makes them truly awesome foe in combat. Gro'ach the Wise is the leader of the Dustbelcher. Relentless when moved to take up their clubs in battle, the Dustbelcher ogres usually fight as a single unit. When facing inferior numbers, the lumbering hulks separate into three smaller divisions. These smaller units move to envelope the enemy, crushing opponents from three directions at once.

Camp Cagg, Camp Kosh, Camp Wurg, Camp Boff and Dustbelch Grotto are the homes of some of the Dustbelcher ogres. The Dustbelcher tribe is led by Boss Tho'grun who wanders in between the camps.

Duskbelch may be the same tribe as Dustbelcher, but the name changed later on. Leadership of the Dustbelcher tribe is different as well. If it is the same tribe, then Boss Tho'grun became its leader, replacing Gro'ach the Wise.

−
−
Both "Duskbelch" and "Duskbelcher" are mentioned in Lands of Conflict on the same pages under the Badlands. It could also be either an aka or a spelling error, as both "Duskbelch" and "Duskbelcher" are mentioned in Lands of Conflict on the same pages under the Badlands. A section is called "Duskbelch Ogres" describing them, but then the populations mentions the Duskbelcher ogres. Also, Duskbelch Grotto is said to be an ogre camp in the Badlands. It then mentions that Duskbelcher ogres live in Duskbelcher Groto. In WoW, Boss Tho'grun is said to be the leader of a band of mercenaries and he just roams around the Badlands. This could mean that Gro'ach the Wise is still the leader.
