The Flimsy Female Dwarf Mask is a wearable mask that can be worn by players at any level. It is sometimes received in a 
[Treat Bag] from an innkeeper during the Hallow's End seasonal event by trick or treating. The mask has a duration of 7 days before disappearing once it has been removed from a Treat Bag.
