Ear-Biter is a level 70 arena battlemaster located outside the Ring of Trials in the contested territory of Nagrand. He is a reference to Mike Tyson, a famous boxer, and is standing by a NPC Called "King" Dond which is a reference to a famous boxing promoter.
The name "Ear-Biter" comes from a boxing match where Tyson chewed off the ear of Evander Holyfield. He has a Gnome's voice, oddly- which is a reference to Mike Tyson's unequal voice.
