  • Dragonflight Hotfix (2023-02-27): Damage increased by 6%. Does not apply to PvP.

  • Cataclysm Patch 4.0.1 (2010-10-12): Attack speed reduction of the target increased to 20%. Now learned at level 5 (was 4).
  • Wrath-Logo-Small Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Redesigned. This spell no longer interrupts spell casting, but rather reduces melee attack speed by 10% for 8 seconds (exclusive with similar effects such as Spell nature thunderclap [Thunder Clap]).
  • Bc icon Patch 2.3.0 (2007-11-13): Interrupting a channeled spell with this spell will now always properly prevent casting spells from the same spell school for 2 sec.
