Your Earthbind Totem has a X% chance to also remove all snare effects from you and nearby friendly targets when it pulses, and your Earth Shock reduces enemy attack speed by an additional Y%.

Earthen Power is a talent in the Enhancement tree that gives the Earthbind Totem a chance to remove snares from you and nearby friendly targets whenever it pulses. It also improves the melee slow effect of Earth Shock.

Notes

While this is primarily a PvP talent, the improved slow effect on Earth Shock (to a total of 20%) may be useful in a raid where no Death Knight has Improved Icy Touch and no Warrior has Improved Thunder Clap.
Does not affect root effects such as Entangling Roots.
Does not work on a Hunter's Frost Trap.

Patch changes

Hotfix (2009-04-17): "Earthen Power will now properly be applied on the first pulse of an Earthbind Totem. ^[1]"
