Echeyakee is a hostile level 16 cat only found in the Barrens via summoning him for a Horde quest. His name means "Whitemist" in Taurahe. He will not be found wandering around if not summoned.
To summon Echeyakee, Sergra Darkthorn in the Crossroads offers the Horn of Echeyakee (as the last chain of the questline that she gives) to those who wish to summon and kill Echeyakee.
Echeyakee's striking appearance is shared with only one other cat, 
Sian-Rotam. Both are summoned by quests, with Horde hunters having the option to get Echeyakee right away, or wait until they reach Winterspring for Sian-Rotam. As of patch 2.3, Alliance players can receive Shy-Rotam's quest, which was formerly Horde-exclusive, to summon both her and Sian-Rotam. This makes the Echeyakee/Sian-Rotam model particularly rare as pets of Alliance hunters, who must ensure that their level is high enough to not only accept the quest, but to tame Sian-Rotam as well.
