Eclipse is a Tier 9 talent in the Druid Balance tree, you will need to spend 43 points in Balance to max it. The spell will trigger one of two buffs, depending on whether you crit with Starfire or Wrath. While one buff is active the other cannot be triggered. Each buff is on its own 30s cooldown. Eclipse is a DPS talent that many druids take. The only way that having and using this talent will not cause an increase in DPS is if your gear level is exceptionally low.

Tips and Tactics
- If you want to use Wrath to proc Eclipse, it is a good idea to have 25% crit or more (all buffs and set bonuses included) in order to get over most frustrations dealing with the RNG on Wrath's 60% chance.
Notes
- The Eclipse procced by Wrath is called a Lunar Eclipse, whereas using Starfire to proc Eclipse is known as a Solar Eclipse.
- Contrary to previous Blizzard patch notes, Eclipse's current in-game internal cooldown is 30 seconds. This change is undocumented.
