Efrem the Faithful is a level 80 human at the Savage Ledge in Icecrown. He left the Scarlet Onslaught to become a champion of the Lich King.

Players are asked to defeat him for the quest  [77] Eliminate the Competition. Because of his words, it is implied that he left the Scarlet Onslaught because of the devastation caused by the player in Dragonblight.
