Eilanai was a Blizzard employee and was the English language In-Game Customer Support Representative and Game Master for the European World of Warcraft community, normally encountered on the EU forums, specifically the English WoW forums. She posted on the In-Game Customer Support forums from their creation until mid-April when she announced she was moving on to other ventures[1].
She has been replaced by Issuntril.
