The Elder Cloud Serpent is a level 27-29 Wind Serpent native to Thousand Needles.
This beast has caster stats, meaning it has higher than normal intellect and spirit when tamed, but lower than normal health, attack power, and armor. Although this discrepancy is workable at lower levels, it tends to become problematic later on. Hayoc and Arash-ethis are two non-caster beasts with the same skin.
