Elder Ezra Wheathoof is a level 60 quest giver located on the Elder Rise in the tauren city of Thunder Bluff. He is only available during the Lunar Festival event.
He starts the quest 
[70] Wheathoof the Elder (Lunar Festival).

Notes
Before the 2009 Lunar Festival, he was known as "Elder Proudhorn". He was renamed in honor of the late Ezra Chatterton, the boy who toured Blizzard's offices in California as part of the Make-a-Wish Foundation. Ezra is remembered as the first to receive the [Ashes of Al'ar], the designer of the [Merciless Gladiator's Crossbow of the Phoenix], and the voice of Ahab Wheathoof.
Ezra passed away on October 20, 2008.
