Timmy the Cruel is a level 47 elite ghoul boss found in Stratholme.

Background

In Quest:Retribution, it is said that he is a former champion (presumably of the Light) who committed heinous acts against innocents in Stratholme in the name of gaining unholy power.

Strategy

Timmy spawns in the courtyard outside the Scarlet Bastion in Stratholme after you kill all the Scarlet Crusade NPCs in front of the entrance. He spawns immediately after the last death, and appears from the far left of the courtyard, so be careful not to add him and stay in the middle of the courtyard when fighting the Scarlet Crusade.

Tactically speaking, he is a simple tank and spank fight; however for anyone below probably level 65, the word "tank," here needs to be strongly emphasized, because for the level, he hits very hard.

• Timmy the Cruel yells: TIMMY! - Yelled by Timmy the Cruel when he spawns in Stratholme. This is a reference to the character Timmy from South Park.

In Warcraft III there is a ghoul named Timmy. They could be the same. Some speculate that the Timmy-ghoul was in fact Little Timmy, though Timmy can be seen in Warcraft III later in Undead campaign selling Ice Shards, and later on Theramore.
