Elder Shaopai is a pandaren quest giver found within Morning Breeze Village on the Wandering Isle, standing with Master Shang Xi near the lake. He is caretaker of the scrolls of wisdom within the Ridge of Laughing Winds, having brought them from Pandaria, but they are now threatened by the hozen.
