is a tauren quest giver located at Booty Bay in the contested zone of the Cape of Stranglethorn. He can be found on the roof of the bank. The only way to reach him is via the Salty Sailor Tavern; players need to go to the roof and make their way around to the Horde flight path. He is on the roof of the next building over.
