Elderlimb is an ancient first encountered in the southern part of The Regrowth^{[34.8, 57.9]}

fighting off invaders sent by Ragnaros into Mount Hyjal. After being assisted with his attackers, he takes up residence at the Sanctuary of Malorne^{[27, 62]}

until he and his fellow ancients are recruited to fight within the Molten Front.
