Elemental Precision is a PvE oriented Shaman talent that increases the chance to hit with offensive spells by up to 6% and reduces the threat that those spells generate by up to 10%.

Notes
This talent is critical to the build of an Elemental Shaman for endgame PvE raiding. Shaman have no threat reducing abilities such as Mage's Invisibility or Warlock's Soulshatter and are therefore at the greatest risk in threat sensitive encounters. Also, the 6% increased chance to hit is often combined with a Totem of Wrath which gives the Shaman 9% increased chance to hit with their spells, meaning that they only have to achieve a spell hit rating of 89 at level 70 in order to reach the hit cap.
