This item is given to players for free by Seer Skaltesh, who can be found near the Enchanting trainers in Exodar's Crystal Hall.
Notes
Using this potion will reveal a variety of elementals in the Crystal Hall. The potion has no other uses or effects outside this area. If the potion is not consumed within five minutes, it will disappear from the player's inventory. The effect lasts for one minute.
