Elixir of Shadows allows the imbiber to see and interact with the Time-Lost Arakkoa of Skettis. Its effect has a 15 minute duration.

This item is a reward from the quest 
[70] World of Shadows and the repeatable version [70] More Shadow Dust.
As a quest objective
This item is necessary to complete a number of quests for the Sha'tari Skyguard in Skettis.

[70] Secrets of the Talonpriests requires you to kill several Time-Lost Talonpriests.
- [70] Adversarial Blood requires you to collect Time-Lost Scrolls, which only drop from the Time-Lost Arakkoa.
Walkthrough
- Collect 6 pieces of dust which drops from random mobs in Skettis.
- Turn that in for 1 Elixir of Shadows.
- Drink the Elixir and you can now see ghosts in Skettis.
- Kill the ghosts who have a chance to drop Time-Lost Scroll
- Gather 40 scrolls or more.
- Place 10 scrolls at each bone pile in Skettis to summon the 4 required mobs. (3 man quest)
- Loot the quest fragment from each mob.
- If you are in a group, have the DPS drink the Elixir and the healers *dont* drink it. They will be able to loot the ghosts, but will not be attacked by them.
