Emblem of Conquest is a currency used in Northrend to buy epic (item level 226 or tier 8) items, and can be traded in at a 1:1 ratio for 1 
[Emblem of Valor] with 
Arcanist Firael <Emblem of Conquest Quartermaster> or 
Magister Sarien <Emblem of Conquest Quartermaster>.

This item is no longer available as a drop. However, as all other tier Emblems, 
[Emblems of Triumph] can be downgraded to an [Emblem of Conquest]; by visiting 
Usuri Brightcoin[32.2, 54.5] in the Underbelly of Dalaran or Arcanist Asarina in the Argent Tournament Grounds.

Emblems of Conquest will be immediately converted to gold at a ratio of 5

per emblem. Items which were purchased using Emblems of Conquest now require Justice Points instead.
- Patch 3.3.0 (08-Dec-2009):
- Any dungeons that previously dropped Emblems of Conquest will now drop [Emblems of Triumph] instead. Emblems of Triumph can still be converted to Emblems of Conquest.
- Any dungeons that previously dropped Emblems of Conquest will now drop [Emblems of Triumph] instead. Emblems of Triumph can still be converted to Emblems of Conquest.
- Patch 3.2.0 (04-Aug-2009):
- Any dungeons that previously dropped [Emblems of Heroism] or [Valor], such as Naxxramas or Ulduar, will now drop Emblems of Conquest instead. Emblems of Conquest can still be converted to Valor or Heroism.
- The Heroic dungeon daily quest will now reward 2 Emblems of Triumph and the normal daily dungeon quest will reward 1 Emblem of Conquest.
- Patch 3.1.0 (14-Apr-2009): Added.
