[Emblem of Conquest] badges.

This item drops from Koralon the Flame Watcher, Onyxia, and the bosses in the Crusaders' Coliseum in all four variants (10- and 25-player, normal and heroic). Two tokens are the reward for completing the daily heroic dungeon quest (lvl 80, 5 man, Proof of Demise).
It is possible to get 24 Emblems per week (14 through the daily heroic dungeon system, 4 through Vault of Archavon 10/25 and 6 through Onyxia's Lair 10/25) without even entering Crusaders' Coliseum.

As all other tier Emblems, an Emblem of Triumph can be downgraded to an [Emblem of Conquest]; however, you will need to visit Usuri Brightcoin[32.2, 54.5] in the Underbelly of Dalaran.

Heroic-level tier 9 gear (ilvl 258) cannot be purchased with Emblems of Triumph, these items can only be exchanged with the Regalia tokens which drop in Crusaders' Coliseum 25 heroic.
Patch changes
- Patch 3.3.0 (PTR): "The current plan is to make Emblems of Triumph the "base" of emblems so everything that drops [Emblems of Conquest] would be changed to Triumph and then the new raid content would drop the new highest emblem along with things like the heroic daily and such."
