The Emblems you have earned may be used to purchase equipment from the various Emblem Quartermasters in Dalaran.
You may find us there, in the Silver Enclave, where each variety of Emblem has its own quartermaster.

Horde players received a letter from Magister Arlan on achieving this Feat of Strength.
