Empowered Touch is a talent in the Druids Restoration tree. It requires 27 points to max out. This talent will increase the benefit that your Healing Touch spell gains from your total healing spell power.

- With two points, this talent increases the spell power coefficient of high rank (3s cast) Healing Touch from 161% to 201%.
Tips and Tactics
- With Empowered Touch and Glyph of Healing Touch, Healing Touch becomes a very powerful heal, sometimes healing for more than Nourish, with the same cast time. Healing touch will heal for more without any hots on the target, but it will cost more mana. Unfortunately, glyphing in this manner makes using Nature's Swiftness to put out a quick, large heal more difficult. Most druids who use this tactic tend to use their Nature's Swiftness to cast Regrowth.
Patch changes
- Patch 3.2.0 (2009-08-04): Now also increases the amount of bonus healing effects for Nourish by 10/20%.
- Though undocumented, Empowered Touch was changed from 10%/20% to 20%/40% in a previous patch.
